Venturi Systems
Paramount Waste Extraction can supply Venturi or "Eductor" systems to
suit your specific requirements.
The advantage of these systems is that they enable waste, whether it be in the form of a continuous trim or other, to be conveyed to a remote collection point without the need to chop the waste. Contamination of the waste is kept to a minimum, maximising the value of the recycled product.
If a continuous trim is being conveyed, it can simply be discharged into a metal cage, without the need for separation equipment.
A specialised version of a venturi system, our "Mini-System" has been developed specifically for use with 3 Knife Trimmer units. This system comes complete with fan, pick-up and dissipator unit and includes all necessary fittings and fittings to enable you to install and automate the waste extraction from your trimmer.
